Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly capable and commercial Manager to lead our Shared Services Team (SST). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and influencing abilities, and extensive knowledge of Masterdata.

The SST is responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Sales Support functions. As the first point of contact, the successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting operational issues and managing a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate execution and compliance with all legislative requirements.
  • Manage the Accounts Payable team, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the payroll team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, while supporting talent progression and growth within the team.
  • Lead the Sales Support teams, promoting a culture of customer-centered service delivery and improvement.
  • Provide senior accounting support and leadership to all relevant areas within the SST.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Drive training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Promote collaboration amongst the wider team and foster a culture of cross-collaboration between SS Teams.

Requirements:

  • Accounting qualified with experience in a senior shared services role within a medium to large dynamic organization.
  • Minimum 5 years managerial experience, preferably within a large team.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, with an ability to juggle many diverse issues and projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
