**About the Role**:
Green by Nature is seeking a qualified landscaper to join our team. We are experiencing continued growth and have a range of high-end commercial projects, including hardscapes, playgrounds, open space, streetscapes and soft scapes for a range of high-profile clients including schools and universities, councils, and land and property developers.

This position is ideal for an experienced landscaper with a passion for constructing hardscapes and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute various landscape construction tasks, including carpentry, paving, retaining walls, and planting
- Install hardscapes such as pathways, patios, and water features
- Build timber structures and features, such as pergolas, decking, and fences
- Construct brick and block structures
- Build and install retaining walls to support landscape designs and prevent soil erosion
- Perform softscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and maintaining garden beds
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction
- An ability to prioritise scheduled work requirements and meet tight deadlines
- A strong work ethic, be reliable and able to work unsupervised as required
- A current manual driver's licence
- Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Works well in a collaborative team environment
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence
- White Card and Working with Children preferred
