The role

As the Program Officer on Project Delivery Services (PDS) team you play an integral role in the day to day running of the Program within the Program Management Office (PMO).

You are the key contact point between the Program Director and the PMO. A large part of this role focus’ on collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Client in a fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity to work in Aurecon’s largest program and the successful applicant must have capacity to hold and maintain a Defence Clearance.

Duties Include:
- Support the Leadership Team within the Program Management Office (PMO) with clerical tasks- Diary Management- Travel Arrangements- Processing Expenses- Prepare minutes for selected meetings- Organising Program Events- Program Director liaison with Internal Leadership and Client contacts- Assist with the production & co-ordination of PMO Monthly Reporting- Upkeep of Program Rewards Register- Support the Operations Team with the implementation of processes across the program- Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures

What will you bring?- Demonstrated experience in a similar Project Administration- Have the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment working with deadlines under pressure- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products- A high level of verbal and non-verbal communication- The ability to work autonomously and in a team- Ability to build effective relationships- Network and work collaboratively with the team to help deliver desired outcomes- Be able to approach tasks with initiative- Be willing to learn and have a positive attitude- Demonstrate attention to detail and time management skills- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time with accuracy
