We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable National Program Officer, to lead the development and delivery of National Observing Operations priorities and responsibility for the management of the Bureau's operational observing networks.

The National Observing Operations sections sits within the Bureau's Data and Digital Group, and operates 8 Technical Maintenance Hubs, one in each capital city and Cairns.

Staff based at the Hubs travel far and wide and into remote areas, utilising 4WD's, planes, boats and helicopters to maintain service delivery within the various instrumentation networks.
