Our client, a long-established mid-sized firm located on the city fringe, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Affairs Administrator with a strong client focus to cover maternity leave, either part time or full time for approx. 12 months. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Title and company searches
- ASIC Lodgements
- Liaison with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulatory bodies
- Managing workflows
- Handling client correspondence
- Updating client and company information
- Invoicing
- Assisting with administration tasks to support the accountants

***

**Requirements**:

- 6+ months experience within a professional accounting firm
- Experience using BGL360, APS XPA and HowNow will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation and friendly demeanour
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
