**The Company**

This 3 Partner and 30 staff chartered accounting practice is based in the Melbourne CBD. They specialise in providing strategic planning, corporate advice and growth strategies to various SME companies and ASX listed businesses. They are well renowned for the services they provide to their clients.

**The Opportunity**

Due to continued growth, they are currently searching for a Corporate Affairs Administrator to manage ASIC and ATO documents processing, information and lodgements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the Australian Business Register for clients
- Liaise with ASIC and other external stakeholders
- Maintain and manage corporate registers
- Registering and deregistering companies and trusts
Manage ASIC review requirements
- Liaise with clients regarding corporate matters

**To be Successful**:

- **Prior experience working in public practice administration, specifically within the ASIC/Corporate Affairs area**:

- **Experience with MYOB, XERO or BGL CAS would be highly regarded**:

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate, but also happy to work autonomously
- Positive attitude & organised
