**About The Role**:

- Supervision and coaching of Technicians and Apprentices
- Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling and allocating work to technicians
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including job cards and invoices
- Monitor the progress of each job, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget
- Liaise with service advisors to keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability
- Ensure all warranty guidelines are followed

**About You**:

- Qualification in Heavy or Light vehicle mechanics
- Experience leading and coaching Technicians
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- An understanding of safe work practices and confidence to promote a strong safety culture
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with European, American or Japanese truck brands is not essential but will be highly regarded
