**About Scope**

Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

**About The Role**

The key function of this role is to lead service design initiatives and further embed human-centred and co-design practices across the organisation. This will involve supporting the capability uplift of customers, their families and staff to participate effectively in the design process.

This role has a direct impact on Scope’s ambition to achieve maturity in customer experience management excellence, specifically through design and customer participation.
You will report to the Manager of Customer Strategy, and work in collaboration with other members of the directorate and the broader business, particularly project managers and project leads responsible for delivering service improvement or experience design initiatives.

You will also work alongside business support services and frontline service delivery teams to deliver person-centered support and customer-led practices, contributing to an organisational culture that favours customer-led outcomes.

**About You**
- Passion for problem solving and curious to explore innovative ways to drive change
- Experience in a Human Centred Design or Service Design role
- Superior facilitation, workshop delivery skills and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Deep understanding in delivering to co-design and/or co-creation practices
- Experience in Disability, Community and/or other Human Services organisations along with a good understanding of the needs and supports of people living with a disability
- Tertiary qualification in Design or related field
