About the role
Reporting to the Employee Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering internal communications campaigns across a variety of platforms, using our brand voice to communicate and your creativity to design campaign assets
Key stakeholders include our CEO, Executive Advisory Group and internal teams.
**As our Employee Communications Coordinator, you'll also**:
Create and deliver engaging content across various platforms, including newsletters, our intranet, all staff town halls, and presentations.
Partner with internal stakeholders to engage and inform employees of key information and campaigns
Plan and execute employee campaigns, including monitoring and adjusting these based on feedback and results.
Support the delivery of town halls, webinars, and our ‘Connect ‘n’ Learn’ series, fostering engagement and information sharing across the College.
Ensure our people feel connected and engaged.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in internal communications and content creation.
Strong writing skills and ability to adapt to brand voice.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent stakeholder relationship-building and advisory skills.
Experience in creating and editing videos would be highly desirable
