We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis to fill a maternity cover position.

Primarily focussing on our iconic truck brands in Western Star Trucks, MAN Truck & Bus, and Dennis Eagle, you will play a key role in creatively driving our marketing initiatives and ensuring the continued success of our organisation during this period.

With the recent launches of new product portfolios, you will be joining our organisation at an exciting time and work in lock-step with the sales team to deliver tangible and meaningful campaigns. Overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services, you will drive customer engagement, and increase brand awareness, as well as plan and execute events and/or conferences.

Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, you will be supported by the broader marketing team.

This is a temporary position to fill a maternity cover for a duration of 10+ months. The compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Some travel will be required to attend product / customer events.

**About You**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or other related discipline with at least 5 years professional experience.
- Prior experience in positively contributing to the ongoing growth of team success.
- Experience in the transportation industry an advantage but not essential
- Superior attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Management, planning and operational capabilities.
- Event management experience
- Analytical and strategic skills.
- High motivation to lead and work within a team.
- Understands and respond to the needs of internal/external customers and consistently strives to exceed customer requirements.
