Administrative Officer, Quality, Systems

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:

- Health Information Services is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Officer to join the Quality, Systems & Extracts team. The Administrative Officer, Quality, Systems & Extracts will be responsible for providing system support for the Patient Administration System (IPM), Scanned Medical Record (CPF), transcription system (iMedx) and My Health Record. This role involves troubleshooting, training, logging support tickets with vendors, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and performing testing amongst other system related duties.
- Permanent Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight (Inc. ADO)
- Site base optional (Mercy Hospital for Women or Werribee Mercy Hospital)
- Accessible location with parking and public transport options

**ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in administrative and/or system support role in healthcare setting
- Experience with iPM and CPF with the ability to pick up in-house systems quickly
- High level interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven organsiational, time management and computer literacy skills
