**Administrative Officer -CMC level 4 and Intensive care Units**
**Summary of the role**:
- Werribee Mercy Hospital is a public Hospital serving the growing community of the west.We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Administrative officers (ward clerks) to join the CMC Level 4 Medical and Intensive Care (ICU) wards at Werribee Mercy Hospital. As an Administrative Officer, you are the first point of contact in the area and liaise closely with patients and their family members.
- Administrative officers working in CMC4 Medical and ICU work closely with the Nursing and Medical teams. Administrative Officers are part of the core Patient Services roster required to fulfil the administrative demands of the areas supporting the inpatient journey. The roles are responsible for the efficient operation of the administrative and reception duties in the area which includes tracking the patient journey on iPM.

- 0.82 EFT (68 hours per fortnight)
- 2 Permanent part time positions
- Day shift, weekend and short afternoon shifts available

- This role also require flexibility to working hours/days as there may be occasions to change shifts to cover leave
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Experience working in customer facing, faced paced and dynamic environment (essential)
- Experience working as an administrative officer in a hospital (desirable)
- Strong person centred focus and excellent conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated administrative and, Microsoft Office skills.
- A motivated and “can-do” attitude with the ability to learn quickly and go the extra mile
