**Patient Services Assistant Full Time leave reliever 38 hours per week**

We are seeking a Patient Services Assistant who will be an integral member of our Environmental Department team. Provide patient room and ward cleaning duties, food and beverage services, transportation of patients and patient support.
- The leave reliever will cover staff who are annual, long service leave, or personel leave. Your roster will vary according to the vacant position across morning, afternoon and evening shifts
- Located at Mercy Hospital for Women - Environmental Services Department
- Provide high standard of services
- Food and beverage service and general ward and patient support
- Responsible for ensuring that Victorian Public Health cleaning and food safety standards are met

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Excellent customer service skills and have a passion for attention to detail
- Open and honest communication skills
- A commitment to policies and procedures in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff and members of the public
- Possess or working towards Health Services Assistant Certificate III
