About the Role
Proactive management of the Specialist Outpatient, Medical Typing, Cardiac, Allied Health, Urodynamics and Day Therapy administrative teams including rostering and recruitment to ensure all positions are backfilled.
Remain agile, strategic in thinking and self-reliant, ensuring administration support meets the business needs of the facility.
Ensure established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other performance measures are met for administration staff.
Manage human and physical resources whilst maintaining budget integrity and ensure decisions are congruent with organisational goals.
