Our Commercial Banking division serves over 10,000 clients in the medium to large business segment across Australia, with complex financial needs between $10m-$50m and turnover between $50m-$150m. We are committed to understanding our clients, and delivering insights and creative solutions, to drive sustainable business growth.

Our client base consists of Professional Services, Not for Profit, Education, Franchise, Childcare and Construction Services support to meet their transactional requirements. **Your impact**

As a key member of the Relationship Management team you will support the team with research, analysis and develop a comprehensive database of client/industry specific information, ideas and solutions. You will undertake financial modelling and analysis and assess the risks/opportunities on new lending, as well as the risks associated with increases in client credit.

**More Specifically, You Will**:

- Prioritise quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimisation.
- Support Relationship Executives to align client needs, enhance service, and strategise product offerings.
- Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyse client data.
- Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly.
- Assist with and address queries relating to the opening of business accounts and other associated service-based tasks.

**We want to hear from you if you have**
- Robust financial analysis and modelling skills, a business/commerce degree with accounting experience.
- Adaptable, independent and a team player with good communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
- The ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions and to prioritise risk, compliance, and credit assurance.Experience in opening and troubleshooting issues related to business accounts and service-related tasks.
