**About the role**

To support our success we are currently seeking a Strategic Communications Partner to join the Strategic Communications team in our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office.

As a Strategic Communications Partner, you will the provide strategic internal communication advice, insights, and support in partnership with executives, senior leaders, and specialists across Australian Retirement Trust. Operating strategically and tactically you will design and deliver internal communication activities to build enterprise awareness, engagement and alignment to ART's strategy and contribute to a thriving culture. You will work dynamically to provide a consistent, seamless service for leadership teams and business areas, and respond to changing work requirements.

This role is available as an initial **12 month max-term/ secondment** opportunity.

We are **flexible** with location provide you can attend the Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Suitable tertiary qualification such as communications, public relations or journalism, or equivalent significant experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of internal communication approaches, frameworks, best practice, and tools.
- Ability to project manage enterprise-wide communications initiatives, plans and campaigns.
- Strong experience influencing outcomes through stakeholder engagement, including providing advice and coaching on best-practice communications approaches to executives and senior leaders, and balancing risks and opportunities while ensuring effective relationships.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in writing, editing and developing communications materials for a variety of internal communications channels, including intranet, video, key messages and talking points/presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation and within the Strategic Communications team.
- High degree of business acumen, with the ability to rapidly consider the risks to business and deliver within changing environments.
