Joining the Senior Leadership Team this role will see you have overarching responsibility for shaping and executing the credit, fraud, and enterprise risk strategies across the region.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Growth , this role will see you drive growth and manage key partners, ensuring mutual value and strong commercial outcomes. This includes coordinating with internal teams to deliver on performance targets, service standards, and integration goals. Success in the role demands strong business insight, influence, and a results-driven mindset. It also calls for emotional intelligence, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to building productive partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key partners and client relationships across AU/NZ, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver growth strategies and portfolio plans to boost revenue, customer acquisition, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Create joint business plans with partners, tracking outcomes through internal collaboration and cross-functional support.
  • Lead regular performance reviews to evaluate commercial, technical, and product outcomes, driving ongoing value.
  • Oversee contract management, including negotiation of terms, compliance tracking, and renewal planning.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders—marketing, ops, finance, product, and sales—to support partner enablement and success.
  • Drive go-to-market execution and customer lifecycle activities including onboarding, API integration, and service performance
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, resolve partner issues cross-functionally, and support business agility through process improvements.

About You

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success in building and managing key relationships with a strategic focus.
  • Strong Saas background, and highly capable in influencing outcomes through persuasive negotiation.
  • Strong commercial insight with a keen understanding of business dynamics.
  • Confident communicator with solid numerical reasoning abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with sharp analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Experienced in fostering productive working relationships and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financially literate with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and support informed decision-making.
  • Consistent performer with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to craft and execute strategic business initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage across all organisational levels.
  • Collaborative team player who works well with colleagues at every level of an organisation.
  • Genuinely motivated by creating exceptional outcomes for both customers and teams.
