**About this role**:
Join a global leader in architectural building materials as they expand across the Australian market as the new A&D Sales Manager for Adelaide.
In this role you will be developing the Adelaide and South Australian markets, growing and managing existing and new relationships with Architects and Designers.
If you have experience driving commercial sales and specification, a passion for innovative brands and an extensive knowledge and local network within the Architecture & Design industry, this role could be for you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners such as Architects, Designers and Developers
- Drive sales growth through developing and executing sales plans
- Prepare and deliver formal product presentations to clients
- Understand and foresee market trends and profitable opportunities with a focus on organisational growth
- Meet/exceed own sales budget and agreed KPI’s and measures
- Maintain accurate product and client details within project management database (Sales Force CRM)
- Actively represent and promote brand awareness within the A&D industry at events and presentations

**Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years in a similar Sales position within the A&D industry
- Existing local network of A&D contacts
- Well-developed organizational and planning skills, with the ability to put structures in place
- An energetic, enthusiastic, initiating, and can-do approach
- Ability to report to and manage multiple key stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded
