We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work directly on a client site with DXC Health.
This role will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our client across a wide variety of telephony incidents and service requests.
This role will require a high level of service management across selected processes within the ITIL framework and other service management areas:
- Incident management
- Change management
- 3rd Party Supplier management
- Relationship management
**Key Role Responsibilities**:
- Provide level 1 support to customers
- Log and manage Service Requests.
- Log incidents, monitor response and resolution times, and provide users with updates and resolution timeframes
- Liaise with customers and coordinate maintenance and support related activities with 3rd party suppliers
- Escalate issues as appropriate
- Prioritising and balancing workload across both incident and request management
**Skills and Experience**:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Telecommunications/IT Support environment.
- Prior experience working in a telephony environment.
- Communicate efficiently in writing and verbally.
- Be service oriented and meet commitments.
