We are seeking a L1 / L2 Service Desk Analyst to join our team on an initial 4 month contract to provide onsite client ICT support to end users across their wintel environment
**Working at NTT**
- Respond to and resolve level 1 & 2 service requests
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Escalate to level 3 where required
- Adhere to ITIL methodologies
- Focus on resolving technical issues across the Wintel domain
**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Demonstrated experience as a Service Desk Analyst supporting wintel environments
- Willingness to work on customer site Monday - Friday
- Technical knowledge across the following areas
- Windows 7-10
- Windows Server
- Exchange
- File and Print Servers
- SCCM, SCOM
- Office 365
- MS Teams
- VMware
- Citrix
- VOIP, UC and VC
- ITIL and MCSA certifications highly desired
