We are looking for **experienced, accomplished Sales Team Leaders** ready to **mentor **a team of sales professionals and set the stage for success by being a superb example.
Reporting to, yet working collaboratively with the Sales Manager, you will oversee assigned tasks according to plan and provide **leadership and coaching **to our Sales Consultants. As one of our Sales Team Leaders, your primary focus will involve **coaching, motivating, and inspiring a team of well-trained sales experts **to deliver the company vision and achieve unmatched customer outcomes with every interaction.
**What You Can Expect Day-to-Day**
While no one day is the same and tasks vary, the following are some of the ongoing critical business activities you'll own as a Sales Team Leader:
- Manage Team Performance towards both company and team-based targets
- Provide coaching and support to direct reports weekly to improve skills, knowledge, and build capability; this will include but is not limited to:Live Listening
call calibrations
call monitoring
side-by-side coaching
planned coaching/ad-hoc coaching
coaching conversations when required
- Weekly checks in's to ensure personal goals are set and managed in line with business objectives
- Conducting weekly one on one's with relevant consultants
- Resolve conflict and performance management as per business framework where required
- Assisting with onboarding and training of systems, processes, sales skills, and showrooms
- Timely identification of behavioural and skills/knowledge-based concerns
- Driving sales performance and team motivation
- Timely implementation of performance improvement plans
- Running morning and afternoon huddles
- Daily and weekly reporting and running analytics

**Minimum Requirements**:
**This is an in-person opportunity.**
- 3+ yrs. of professional sales team leading experience
- High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
