**About the role**
**Main tasks**: The primary function of your role will be to lead a team of sales professionals providing at-home massage and wellness solutions to customers around Australia

**Other tasks**:

- **Execute** plans to achieve sales, customer and quality targets
- **Provide** an enjoyable and energetic working environment for your team
- **Manage** team performance toward the company and team targets
- **Complete** call monitoring and one-on-one coaching to staff as required
- **Collaborate** with the quality assurance team to ensure best practices are met
- **Run** daily huddles and weekly team meetings
- **Assist** with onboarding new staff with the training of systems and processes
