An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Support Services Office located at our Head Office in Epping, for an accomplished and experienced Executive Assistant.

**About the Role**:
This role will be interesting and varied, supporting the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer (CFSO), who oversees the Finance, Property and IT support functions of SCC. Your role will include:
- Management of travel bookings including hotels, flights and rental cars
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking and following up action items
- Building relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Maintain the flow of information to and from the CFSO as the main point of contact
- Report preparation and documentation management as required
- Drafting correspondence on behalf of the CFSO
- Management of expenses, claims and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with any specific adhoc projects
- Other general admin support, e.g. managing the team’s stationery and kitchen stock levels

You will need to have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and basic Excel skills.

The ideal applicant will have worked in a similar EA role, with at least 5 years’ experience, supporting a GM level or above. Key to success, will be the ability to work autonomously, forward plan and juggle changing demands.
