An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-performing EA to join Southern Cross Care (SCC). You will be supporting our busy COO of Care.

Providing high level executive support and anticipating and managing deadlines to enable the COO’s office to function efficiently and effortlessly. You will be the key point of contact for external and internal stakeholders, preparing reports, statistics and keeping her team on track.

This is fantastic opportunity for a great communicator and a meticulous organiser to join us at SCC.

**Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Coordinate, arrange & manage key monthly reports at Board & Committee level
- Preparing agenda/taking minutes of Regional & Manager meetings, ensuring actions completed
- Liaising with the Commission & ensuring deadlines are met for complaints, accreditations & other legislative requirements
- Manage COO and key direct report’s travel, meetings & events
- Answer & manage incoming calls (Commission/complaints etc)
- Co-ordinate project-based work as required

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in aged care in a similar role (not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced organizational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced usage of the Microsoft suite
