**Job Description**:
**What you will be doing**
You will provide direct assistance to a designated set of clients in selling and marketing Comestri products and services, assisting with the increase in product / service revenue and market share.
You will be empowered to develop and execute an ongoing client engagement plan that should result in:
- Developing a “trusted adviser” relationship.
- Understanding the client’s business and how our products and services support their goals.
- Being the primary point of contact with Comestri for the designated clients.
- Be a central point of contact for client requests.
- Proactively contributing to the client’s IT strategy, with a view to achieving a win: win outcome for the Client and Comestri.
- Being aware of and engaged with any new requirements the Client has.
- Be a “Client Advocate” with a focus on the Client’s outcomes and achievements and helping to ensure that Client interests, objectives and priorities influence Comestri decisions and activities.
**Qualifications**:
**An idea of the type of skills we are looking for**
- Solid experience in sales account management roles within the IT industry.
- A role with a similar software provider would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work to tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in building a network of relevant contacts / prospects and having strong networking skills.
- Proven ability to conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of Marketplaces and Marketing Channels
- Strong numeracy and forecasting skills.
