**About the role**
The Program Manager manages the tracking of program benefits against those defined in the business case. The role engages with stakeholders at all levels of the Department, to conduct evaluations to determine if project outcomes are delivering on business needs.
- Responsibilities:_
- Develop and maintain the Program Business Case(s) bringing together the case for change, costs, benefits and governance structure of the program.
- Facilitate business case discussions between the Program Sponsor, Product Owners, Stream Leads and other key stakeholders, as required.
- Develop and maintain a mechanism for quantifying, tracking and reporting of program wide benefits.
- Manage the creation, design, and standardisation of weekly and monthly business performance dashboards and trend analysis to inform decision making and to meet reporting requirements

**About you**
- 5+ years’ experience as Program Manager
- Demonstrated experience in working in a large, complex organisation on change and/or workforce transformation projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Permanent resident or citizen
- Per NSW Government policy all employees must be fully vaccinated.
