**About the role**

As a **Manager, Investment Performance - Reporting** within the Investment Operationas and Performance team, you will lead the performance reporting function, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful investment performance analytics. You will manage a team of analysts and collaborate with the investment team, product team, risk team, custodians, and senior leadership to support strategic investment decisions through robust performance measurement and attribution reporting.

Day to day, you'll:

- Lead the end-to-end investment performance and attribution reporting across all fund structure.
- Manage and mentor a team of performance analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.
- Oversee the production of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with investment teams to interpret performance trends and provide actionable insights.
- Liaise with custodians to ensure a high level of service, data accuracy, and optimal outcomes for performance reporting and reconciliation.
- Present performance results and insights to senior management and investment committees.
- Support Investment Performance initiatives related to system upgrades, data integration, and reporting process improvements.

This role is available as a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- Extensive experience, ideally in funds management or custodian organisations, with direct experience in performance analytics and investment data management.
- Strong knowledge of performance measurement, attribution, and risk-adjusted return metrics.
- Experience with performance systems (e.g., Pearl/Ortec, FactSet, Morningstar, Bloomberg PORT, Aladdin).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
