We are seeking a confident and experienced Client Services Assistant to join our team. Part time role (0.7 - 0.8 FTE) requiring energy and enthusiasm to perform a variety of office-related tasks. Plenty of growth opportunities are available. Friendly team with a great culture.

**Essential skills**:

- Professional presentation and telephone manner
- Client focused / customer service
- Attention to detail
- Good numerical reasoning an advantage
- Microsoft Office suite

**Role and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Client Service Manager and Partner (SMSF), the Client Service Assistant is responsible for consistently and competently completing a range of regular tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Self-Managed Superannuation Team of Accountants.
- Support to a Partner, Manager and team
- Preparation of invoices, WIP adjustments and debtor management
- Generating standard correspondence and reports
- Diary management, travel bookings and general client enquiries
- Preparation of agendas, minutes, catering for meetings and events as required
- Preparation of standard compliance forms
- Assistance with database management
- Binding, scanning, photocopying, filing and outgoing mail
- Onboarding coordination for the team
- Support duties as required, including reception
- Perform tasks with a positive outlook and identify where additional help can be offered
