Due to unprecedented market demand, we are seeking to fill various permanent, full-time roles that are currently available in our Melbourne State-of-the-Art facility located in Deer Park. **What PremiAir can offer you**: - On-the-job Training - Under-cover Workplace - Competitive Wages - On-site parking - Friendly Environment - Staff Events - Staff Development **Want to find out more about PremiAir?** View the attached video PremiAir Hire - Power and the Passion - YouTube Or call into our office and meet Wayne and the team at **73 Radnor Drive, Deer Park, VIC 3023 (rear building)** **Current Roles Available**: **Assistant Manager (2IC to State Manager)** - Managing all aspects of the business - Overseeing Staff Responsibilities - Support of sales, and business development **Sales/Operations Coordinator** - Support with customer service and administration - Attend to all customer and supplier enquiries - Generate hire contracts and purchase orders **Transport Coordinator** - Coordinate deliveries and pick ups - Work with internal team to facilitate efficient hire operations - Assisting with loading and unloading equipment **Trade Qualified Diesel/Workshop Mechanic** - Some auto electrical and A/C experience preferred - Forklift license essential - Workshop based but may be required to work on site from time to time **Yard Person/Labourer** - Forklift license essential - Some mechanical knowledge preferred - General deliveries as required **The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and aptitudes**: - A strong sense of urgency with an "I will make it happen" attitude to get the job done - Highly motivated and well presented - Be able to work both independently and also be a strong team player - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Punctual, reliable and possess an excellent work ethic - Shows initiative and strategic problem-solving skills - Has a stable work history and checkable work references Previous experience and success in similar roles will be highly regarded, however, the successful applicants will be appointed primarily based on attitude and the desire to assist in driving our business into the next phase of growth.
