**The Company**

Our client are an Australian owned, market leading bedding manufacturer. Operating out of the Western Suburbs, they require the skills and expertise of an ambitious to to drive their stock management and ensure the accurate movement of their products across their Western Suburbs facility.

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include but wont be limited to:

- Design / Implement cycle count register
- Co-ordinate all counts with departments in line with cycle count register
- Ensure cycle count processes are in place and completed to enable accurate stock level management
- Investigate variances to establish root cause
- Provide analysis of findings / recommendations
- Raise purchase orders based on stock level requirements
- Oversee the 2 major stocktakes
- Clerical duties
- Ensure quality and environmental systems requirements are implemented and adhered to.
- Warehouse duties

**Your Background**

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- 4+ Years’ experience managing in a warehouse/DC environment.
- A strong team-player who champions an inclusive culture and can drive team values.
- Must have clear and open communication skills with the ability to engage warehouse staff.
- Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple accountabilities through to completion.
- Strong problems solving skills, with the ability to utilize ‘Plan, Do, Check, Act’ principles.
- Have proven ability to drive manufacturing improvements through strong communication and clear delivery of plans within the departments.
- Will have strong organisational skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
