**About the role**:
Reporting to the Shift Manager within our Retail Ready Operations you'll be responsible for maintaining the flow of operation within the outbound department through the successful coordination of safety, team resources and performance. In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of our fully automated warehouse system ensuring orders inventory and general equipment together with systems and procedures are managed according to company policies and procedures at all times.

We are currently recruiting for two vacancies with the below shift times:

- Night Shift 12.00AM Midnight - 8.30AM Tuesday to Saturday

**About you and your skills**:

- 3+ years in a fast-moving, high-volume team management/supervisory role.
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse operations, materials handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse systems.
- The ability to lead, develop and manage a team in a high-volume environment demonstrating strong people and performance management skills.
- Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility guidelines.
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement with the ability to effectively work through problems and advise senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment across all levels of the organisation.
- Good mechanical/ electrical aptitude along with strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work within a cold storage work environment.
