**About the role**

This role covers the **Inner West**area. No prior experience in the funeral industry is required, we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

**You will**:

- Deliver **tailored solutions**and contracts aligned with your clients' needs.
- Manage and maintain a robust **sales pipeline**, ensuring consistent follow-ups and lead conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly activity and sales targets.
- Build and maintain **trusted relationships**with clients, guiding them through preplanning their funeral needs.
- Drive sales growth by proactively sourcing and developing new leads through **networking, partnerships**, **and community engagement**.

**What you will bring**
- At least **5 years’ experience in a sales role**, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in managing a **sales pipeline**, including lead generation, closing and referral techniques.
- A passion for **relationship based consultative selling**and an ability to connect with clients on emotional topics.
- Strong **rapport building skills**and a proactive approach to business development.
- Competence with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- A **can-do attitude**and a drive to make a difference in your community.
- An unrestricted driver's license.
