**About the Company**
Located in Burwood, the role is responsible for preparing all employment contracts and conducting onboarding for Senior and Executive Managers.

**About the Role**
- Ensure the efficient and effective preparation of employment contracts and the completion of mandatory pre-employment checks for Senior and Executive Managers.
- Support the Contracts and Pre-employment Checks Specialist to obtain and confirm required information and approvals to ensure correct information is used to draft employment contracts.
- Provide specialist advice on all Senior and Executive Manager Employment conditions to employees, the People Partners and Talent Specialists, to ensure procedures are consistent and best practice
- Liaising with Workforce Relations and Legal to ensure all employment conditions are fair and equitable
- Completion of the preparation of employment contract and related on-boarding documentation and monitor submission and completion of documentation

**About You**
- Excellent Communication
- Provide accurate and timely advice to stakeholders
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite and other software packages such as SAP is desirable.
