**Pre-Paid Funeral Specialist**

**About the role**

This role will see you on the road five days a week, working from multiple funeral locations and branches across **Burwood, NSW and the Sydney Metro area**. No prior experience in the funeral industry is required, we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

**You will**:

- Recommend **personalised solutions**and tailor contracts to align with your clients' needs.
- Develop, manage and maintain a robust **sales pipeline**, ensuring consistent follow ups and lead conversions.
- Exceed monthly activity and sales targets.
- Build and maintain **trusted relationships**with clients, guiding them through the preplanning their funeral needs.
- Drive sales growth by proactively sourcing and developing new leads through **networking, community engagement**and **personal referrals**.

**What you will bring**
- **Experience in a B2C sales role**, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in managing a **sales pipeline**, including lead generation, closing and referral techniques.
- A passion for **relationship based consultative selling**and an ability to connect with clients on emotional and sometimes confronting topics.
- Strong **rapport building skills**and a proactive approach to business development.
- Competence with CRM tools and intermediate Microsoft Office abilities.
- A **can-do attitude**and a drive to make a difference in your community.
- An unrestricted driver's license.
