**Primary purpose of the role**
- The purpose of this position is to prepare, review and deliver a broad range of Ministerial Services, including advice, briefings, parliamentary products, and correspondence in a dynamic, politically sensitive environment with limited guidance or precedent.
- Analyse and interpret complex information from diverse sources, identifying trends and potential risks and issues, to ensure delivery of responsive advice, services, and solutions to inform decision-making.
- Managing complex, sensitive and confidential information as well as consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders to deliver evidence-based advice and services given varying expectations, viewpoints and interests.
- Manage the coordination of information for annual reports
- Previous experience in ministerial advisor roles will be ideal
- Strong writing skills
- Experience drafting briefing notes and correspondances
- Records management experience / experience using objective ideal
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal business units, private partners and external stakeholders.
