The Office of the Secretary, Department of Customer Service, delivers high quality policy, Cabinet, and executive and parliamentary services for the Minister for Customer Service and Digital Government, the Minister for Fair Trading and Minister for Small Business.

**About this role**
- Work across multiple teams
- Be accountable for work outputs with mínimal supervision
- Contribute to, develop and implement practical solutions to business processes
- Manage and assist with rapidly changing priorities and conflicting perspectives
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

**As the successful applicant you will**:

- ** **Deliver a broad range of administrative support services for the Department, Secretary and Ministers
- Get exposure to and work with senior decision-makers
- Bring a strong customer focus to all aspects of the role
- Assist in the management and coordination of key corporate priorities including the Annual Report and Budget Estimates processes
- Work across the Customer Service Cluster, including providing support to customer-facing organisations like Service NSW, Fair Trading and Births, Deaths and Marriages.

- Have a strong understanding of how government works and how to get things done using government processes

- Working knowledge of Government Information (Public Access) Act (preferred but not essential)

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at 99,431 base plus superannuation
