**Grade**:SNSW Grade 7/8 -The package includes base salary ($95,136 - $112,164), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

**About the role and team**:
As a Ministerial and Parliamentary Services (MaPS) Advisor, you will be co-ordinating and delivering high-quality
- Advice - on a range of sensitive, complex, and time-critical issues
- Correspondence - to our Ministerial customers and Members of Parliament
- Responses - to Parliamentary matters, inquiries, and other requests.
- Advocacy - on behalf of customers to ensure fair process has been applied

**Along with an exceptional customer focus, you will bring**:

- Demonstrated professional writing capabilities in drafting a wide range of styles
- Well-developed resolution skills to ensure the effective troubleshooting of issues on behalf of customers
- Confidence in escalating issues where appropriate
- A strong sense of political awareness
- Sound organisational skills in order to balance competing demands and priorities
- Strong analytical ability to accurately interpret trends and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that will optimise team operational efficiency.
