We are the distributor of a high-end international brand and we are looking for a full time Order Processing Administrator to join our team based in Chatswood. As the Order Processing Administrator you will be processing daily orders, communicating with customers and executing our daily end-to-end office and administration activities.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Engage with our customers across a number of platforms
- Proactively enter and manage customer orders
- Working closely with the marketing and sales team
- Deliver a world-class quality customer service experience that exceeds expectations
- Identify opportunities to add value to our business and customers experience

**About you**:

- Previous customer service, administration, logistics and/or sales experience preferred, but not necessary
- You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- You possess a strong attention to detail and often pick up on things that others would miss
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working both on your own and as part of a small team
- Willing to collaborate with other areas of the business to improve customer experience
