**What this opportunity involves**:
The Facility Administrator will support the FM team to manage and maintain premises on a day-to-day basis to support the service delivery functions of client tenants occupying the premises and ensuring compliance with performance expectations. Assisting the Facilities Managers with operational activities in work order management, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.
A snapshot of the role;
Each morning open up reception (8.00 - 8.30) and cover all reception duties and manage the hand over period to the afternoon shift on reception.
Assist with training on reception duties
Act as single point of contact across ANZ for Facilities when FM not available.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the client’s business and the implications of JLL’s service delivery, good relationship management with client
Working with the FM, to manage the delivery of the facilities management services to the client’s facilities under JLL Management
Assist with driving and tracking of client specific initiatives such as agreed savings targets, energy management, benchmarking, sustainability etc.
Assist the FM with managing the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities & ad hoc requests and Vendor Management & support I.T as needed
Manage obtaining quotes, renewals of Purchase Orders & Invoice and Credit notes processing and reconciliations
Assist FM with any reviews or reports against SLA’s and KPI’s
Assist with help desk management and reporting and fixed asset management tracking plus stocking, tracking and managing office and kitchen supplies
