Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you

Within a professional and close-knit team, you will be responsible for the provision of 1st and 2nd level ICT support for all Lifeblood staff. Your challenge will be to respond to, manage and resolve incidents/requests within our IT Service Management suite. You will be expected to perform these tasks in a manner that provides ‘customer service excellence’ to Lifeblood business.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively deal with clients and deliver services within a timely manner

Have a passion for technology and associated hardware/software

Understanding of the service desk function and call management systems

An excellent team player with the capability to manage stakeholder relationships

Able to effectively manage your time to ensure deadlines are met

Passionate about helping others and using your initiative to think outside the square to solving customer challenges

A recent tertiary graduate in relevant areas of information systems (Desirable).

This is a permanent full-time position which reports into the Service Desk Team Leader. This role will be based out of Melbourne Processing Centre but will have work from home flexibility for portions of the week.
