Service Desk Officer

Our client, a large Australia wide Not For Profit, seeks an ICT Service DeskOfficer to be the first point of contact for any enquires from internal and external customers. The Service Desk Officer will support the organisation's business streams - Public and Private Hospitals, Aged Care and Community Services and ensure systems and ensure that level 1 issues are managed efficiently and escalated correctly where needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide first line support for any information technology issues and problems
- Provide assistance by phone, face to face, and using a ticket management system.
- Set up Active Directory user accounts
Experience
- 3 years’ experience working in an ICT Service Desk Experience Active Directory, 365, Citrix
- Demonstrated experience in operating in a fast paced environment with the ability to prioritise and escalate tasks as required using excellent organisational and time management skills
