We have an exciting opportunity for a **Supervisor** to join our **Brisbane **projects team and work on tank maintenance and construction projects. This role will be site-based. As part of the Saunders International group, you will support the delivery of maintenance and construction projects with a key focus on one team, one aim - zero harm. If are local to Brisbane and have strong supervisor experience, then this would be the ideal role for you.

**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**
- Supervise and direct Leading Hands, Tradespeople and Apprentices.
- Complete Labour task activity time keeping for all Projects assigned daily.
- Plan work and ensure that deadlines are managed.
- Report potential industrial relation problems to Project Manager (PM).
- Have and maintain a comprehensive tool kit and ensure that this applies as well to Tradespeople and Apprentices.
- Quality and workmanship assurance in accordance with quality management processes and documentation
- Stock control, procurement and inventory for the direct works on site
- Prepare and run toolbox meeting and pre-start meeting with the team
- Foster a culture of inclusion, responsiveness, honesty and accountability

**ABOUT YOU**:
You will work with diverse teams and be responsible for creating a safety focused environment. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated supervisory experience in industry
- Supervisory experience in tank maintenance (desirable)
- Subcontractor Management experience will be highly regarded
- Proactive approach to safety
- Ability to lead and direct a high-performing team
- Ability to promote continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
