**Your new company**

Hays have partnered with a well-known custom home builder in the South Brisbane area to appoint a new Site Supervisor. Believing every home should be meticulously Prepared, these developers handle around 30-50 homes a year.

**Your new role**

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for travelling between sites and making sure operations are compliant.You will also be responsible for supervising workers and scheduling to make sure the projects are done in the designated timeline.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- ** 3-5 Years Custom Homes Experience**:

- ** QBCC Site Supervisor Licence**:

- ** Carpentry or Bricklaying Background**:

- ** Strong Communication and Organisational Skills**

**What you'll get in return**
