Working closely with the People Development team and our internal stakeholders, this role supports the delivery and management of learning and development solutions aimed at enhancing our people’s capabilities.

In this role, you will proactively lead and manage large-scale development initiatives, consulting with stakeholders to drive accountability while ensuring learning and development solutions are completed on time and within budget.

**Important to your success - let's grow together**
- Accomplished learning consultant with extensive knowledge of contemporary and future-focused approaches to leadership, coaching, and development.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Teaching, Adult Education, or Human Resources, with a preference for Cert IV or equivalent in Training & Assessment.
- Expertise in instructional design, leveraging experience to consult with customers and third parties to design learning solutions that align with business needs.
- Proficient in facilitating learning in person, digitally, and through blended learning solutions.
- Skilled in creating learning modules using various authoring tools
- Experience with learning management system administration.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, capable of turning evaluation feedback into continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactive engagement with colleagues and stakeholders, utilising different communication styles and channels to optimise outcomes.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
