Our client, Australia’s leading Facilities Management and Tenant Services software company, is seeking a Business Development Consultant to work in this autonomous role.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
- Identifying and securing new clients and markets for the company's industry leading products in order to achieve the company annual revenue target
- Representing the company at various industry related events with the possibility to present where relevant

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business or information technology (Desirable)
- Ideally at least 5 years of experience in software consulting or sales
- Demonstrated previous achievement of company targets
- Confident in presenting to senior management and C Level interactions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with particular emphasis on consultation, advocacy, negotiation, influencing, problem solving and conflict resolution
- A strong teamwork ethic
- Ability to present the company and its product offerings both online and in person
- Strong organisational skills, self-sufficient, and a proactive self-starter
- Proficient with MS office and CRM
- Ability to work autonomously for periods of time
- An interest in the property Industry and / or a keen interest in learning about the property sector

You will have access to a shared CBD office and the opportunity for flexible working.

The salary for this position includes a base salary of $120K PA, a KPI achievement bonus up to $10,000, as well as additional Commissions / Bonuses based on securing new or additional business revenue targets.
