An exciting Digital (Advertising) Operations Assistant opportunity exists to work for most forward-thinking Data, Tech and Analytics teams.
We are OMG Facilitator, part of Omnicom Media Group, and we're looking for a Digital Ad Operations Assistant to join our team.

Digital Operations Assistant
As the Digital Operations Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the team with the day-to-day execution, implementation, quality assurance and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. You will be a key member of the Operations team; responsible for the effective execution of all digital campaigns across Omnicom Media Group's varied client portfolio.
- You will interpret digital media plans and instructions from our client teams
- Work with trafficking teams to set up and create campaigns within Google Campaign Manager or Sizmek
- Managing received creative assets - Timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with publisher specs and brand policies
- Quality assuring work before being sent off to client team/publishers
- Troubleshooting tracking pixels, creative issues, delivery discrepancies, etc
- Support as needed with technical issues for solutions and testing integrations
- Contribute to knowledge share sessions, assist with data collection / administrative work required for pitches, proposals, and case studies
- You can establish yourself as a thought leader internally, so that when anyone in the company needs to know or do something, you can point them in the right direction

Role Requirements
You have a passion for Data, Tech and Analytics and you're ready to make a real impact. Here's what you'll need:

- Some experience working with the media, advertising, or digital space
- Sound knowledge of Excel
- Strong understanding and interest in the tech and digital landscape
- Confident and comfortable working across multiple teams
- Knowledge of programming skills such as HTML or JavaScript would be advantageous
