**Junior Strategist**

As the Junior Strategist, you'll develop inspiring social strategies that deliver and contribute to the development of creative output. You will also assist with the creation of social media calendars, the leader of communities and the finder of trends. You’ll work closely with the Account team and agency Co-Founders to bring social and influencer strategies to life.

The Junior Strategist plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering creativity, crafting and executing top-notch strategies and cultivating a fun work environment. You should contribute to the way we approach strategy development in order to achieve our vision, and set ourselves apart from our competitors.

While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, the nature of the demands placed on us and the creativity of our campaigns means that the role will evolve over time and needs a ‘can do’ approach to picking projects up and making them happen.

**The role**
- Responsible for delivering strategy to clients and prospects
- Knowledge in all aspects of social strategy, continually imparting knowledge on the evolving landscape to our team and clients
- Understanding of business strategy and experience developing effective brand, marketing and social strategies
- Actively search for consumer and cultural insight, able to identify and persuasively present insights and implications
- Bring platform, creative and audiences trends and insights into the creation of social and influencer strategies
- Adept at briefing research or reading and interpreting data and identifying appropriate sources to supplement existing data and research
- Able to help clients determine the role social can play in helping them achieve their unique marketing objectives
- Responsible for writing inspiring creative briefs and working collaboratively with our creative team to convert the briefs into big ideas.
- Bring new ideas and fresh thinking to our clients you’ll contribute to the development of multi-platform content calendars
- Create detailed and easy-to-follow briefs for the in-house Creative team, designers, photographers, and videographers to bring content concepts to life
- Monitor and support fostering engaged communities for our clients across platforms, making sure the comments section is as interesting as the post itself
- Develop always-on and campaign reports that turn data points into “oh wow” insights that effectively fuel ongoing work
- Implement paid media campaigns across platforms, making sure that the stunning content we create reaches the right people
- Support creative campaign responses, bringing performance data and creativity together in interesting ways
- Management of projects to the highest degree of performance and operational excellence
- Daily operational management: project management, timeline delivery, and workflow planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
