• Graduate Program: A structured program for new graduates to learn from the best.

• Senior Injury Management Strategist: For experienced clinicians ready to mentor others and shape strategy.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will empower injured workers to reclaim their lives and return to work. Depending on your experience level, your role will include:

• For All Roles: Managing a caseload (tailored to your level) to facilitate recovery-at-work planning, functional assessments, and case management under NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes.
• For Senior Strategists: Providing clinical supervision, mentoring junior staff, guiding complex injury management strategy, and contributing to business performance and quality initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with injured workers, employers, treaters, and insurers.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client care.

We are looking for passionate allied health professionals who are eager to learn and grow. You might be a perfect fit if you have:

For Graduates & Career-Changers:

• An enthusiastic, proactive, and compassionate mindset.
• A relevant undergraduate degree in Allied Health (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology).
• Current AHPRA or relevant professional body registration is required at commencement.
• A strong desire to learn about occupational rehabilitation and injury management.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

For Experienced Clinicians (Senior Strategist):

• Essential: Extensive experience in injury management within Workers Compensation and/or CTP.
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in injury management within Workers Compensation or CTP schemes is required.
• Essential: An undergraduate qualification in Allied Health and experience in a supervisory or senior case management role.
• Any leadership experience including team lead, supervisory, or management roles is required.
• A proven ability to guide complex recovery strategies, mentor junior staff, and support business growth.
• A strong understanding of relevant legislation and case management principles.
