We're a strategic marketing agency that's all about innovation, and we're on the hunt for a Junior Marketing Strategist who's got a passion for upcoming technologies.

As our Junior Marketing Strategist, you'll be working side-by-side with our senior strategists to create killer marketing strategies that utilise the latest available tech. You'll get to work with clients across all kinds of industries, gaining experience and skills that'll help you grow in both marketing and technology trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay on top of the latest AI, especially MARTEC and recommend new strategies and tactics to clients
- Coaching team members oneONone to be true AI cyborgs
- Work with our senior strategists to develop marketing strategies that make use of available technologies
- Use data analysis tools to optimise marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing recommendations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies that use AI to achieve them
- Coaching team members one-on-one to be true AI cyborgs

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A love for all things AI and an interest in how it can be used in marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and work well under pressure
- A creative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
