Ramsay Health Care has a fantastic new opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our Digital team.

The Transformation Release Manager will be accountable for defining processes and practices to enable the sustainable delivery of transformational change to Ramsay Health Care. Working in the Transformation Office, you will work across all streams to optimise the delivery of transformational change to the organisation.

This role will involve creating release schedules for change resulting from the Transformation program that focus on ensuring the organisation has the capacity to absorb the change, whilst driving processes and practices that enable practitioner autonomy to rapidly deliver value where possible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish a Transformation release roadmap (which includes deployment and release schedules) by incorporating inputs from the SVOC, transformation initiatives and site feedback.
- Work as a Change Partner to identify and manage ‘change windows’ (via Single View of Change ‘SVOC’) that require cross stream collaboration and organisational change management.
- Ensure processes are in place to coordinate dependent releases schedules - aligned to an overall Transformation release roadmap.
- Collaboration with Stream Leads, Operational/Site Leaders, Senior Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Change Managers to ensure all aspects of the change are understood before going live.
- Creation of practices that enable the safe, traceable delivery of autonomous change when practicable.
- Optimise the release schedule to maximise adoption of released capability across the organisation (i.e., ensure the transformation program does not expend effort and resource on initiatives that the organisation is not yet ready to adopt)
- Identify opportunities to streamline release processes, enhance automation, and implement best practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify practices that embed change both in the organisation and ensuring any delivered change has been operationalised and is supported.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure adequate testing of releases, validating that all functional and non-functional requirements are met before deployment.
- Work closely with Dev Ops and Tech Ops teams to manage development, testing, and production environments to ensure alignment with release schedules and version control.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the importance of reducing cognitive load in the delivery of transformational change, and techniques that can be used to drive sustainable change
- Proven experience as a Change Enablement or Release Manager or in a similar role within a complex organisation
- Strong understanding of software development, deployment methodologies, and version control systems
- Excellent organisation and delivery management skills, with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving within a technical environment
- Solid understanding of ITIL v4 processes and change management principles
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and precision
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Scrum, or Agile are a plus
